trolls

in the mind-numbing hours of grading in my line of work, you sometimes get a real gem. this was a diamond in the rough (diamond in the rough...dimond in the rufffffff...) from a vocab exercise where they had to use their 5 new vocab words in one paragraph:

"Once upon a time in this peaceful placed called "troll town" there lived these fanciful trolls who could revive people from the dead. They were really dreamy creatures, that if you saw them you would just want to touch them. But one horrific and dramatic troll lived on the nasty part of troll town. He was banned from the good side of troll town, because he was a bully."
