i've been thinking a lot about collections and collecting. i got to go to my friend/roomie sarah's lake house in lake gaston. it was great. she has a great, very streamlined decorating style, and her mother has a great, crazy collecting style (kind of like the above pic only cozier and more antique).
i've always had a desire to amass great amounts of rediculous things i liked for whatever reason, but have been thwarted by 7 moves in the past 5/6 years. when i worked at the hope house thrift shop, i got some amazing finds (1970's le cruset cookware set, bangin dresses, majestic paintings, and countless others). look at these great collections of things i would like to collect, but have neither the time nor space to do so currently!
