camp, cameras, and chip hair

i just got back from young life camp. we took about 40 kids and they had a blast which makes the fact that my whole left leg is a giant purple bruise unimportant. it did, however, lead to a silly discussion about why white people turn purple when they bruise. the girls in my room said they turn red which i feel is a serious fib!

in other news, my camera cord came from china which rules so i get to comment on recent shenanigans. first, and possibly most importantly is the incident of the chip hair.
so i went to this party.

and i found this chip that looked like my hair-do.

so we tried it on to check and see if it was true.

ta da! don't get me wrong, i love it. it's great. i just had an affinity for (lego man, prince valiant, frier emo) bangs. precise photo credit to jeff & emily gwinn.
